In the interest of Open Government please be advised that House Bill 100 was introduced last Thursday, March 26th w/ the promise of ‘public comment’. The ‘comment’ meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 30. That’s 5 days between the introduction and the public comment!
The speed with which the meeting was arranged, is impressive. The location of the meeting and the omission of a meeting in (the Democratic Party stronghold of) the city of Wilmington leaves one w/the impression they are scheming to supress the ‘number of comments’.We, at Let My People Know Coalition (LMPKC), refuse to be disenfranchied by this tactic. We are encouraging city & county residents to turn out with your comments. The needed info follows:
