Be sure to check out The Beast Who Slumber’s great profiles of state Republicans we Democrats hope to defeat in 2010:
State Rep. Mike Ramone (21st RD)
State Rep. Thomas Kovach
NCCo Councilman Bob Weiner (2nd District)
Sussex County Council President Vance Phillips (5th District)
The series continues Monday.
This is pretty amusing. Eight Scottish police officers officially list their religion as Jedi. Apparently, in England and Wales 390,000 people listed their religion as Jedi in the census, as well at 14,000 in Scotland.
At the risk of sounding echo chamber-y – I have to say that The Beast Who Slumber’s series is kicking fucking ASS!!
As the next election draws nigh, it is going to be the “go to” resource for Delaware politicos.
‘Bulo definitely kicks ass. I forgive him for disagreeing with me over the Coleman/Franken timeline. I’ve resisted putting links to the articles of Republicans calling on Coleman to give it up already.
ROFL Someone put Texas on eBay. Go read the comments.
Nate says: If Texas were not in the Union, the Democrats would currently have a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate — or at least they would once Al Franken gets seated. This is because, in a 98-seat Senate, only 59 votes would be required to break a filibuster.
When are they leaving, again?
