  1. Is it Kentucky bourbon?

  2. is there any other kind? Yes, we will have KY bourbon….the county of

  3. Did you know that in Kentucky Christian County is wet, while Bourbon County is dry?

Damn it! Problem is, there is simply no “tasting” for me when it comes to bourbon and this is in Wilmington while I live much further to the south.

    It pains me, but I must…pas…pas…pa…FREAK, I can’t even say it! Pas…pa….pas*choke*…pa…damn it. I can’t do it!

I thought that all Bourbon had to come from Kentucky — by law. That’s why Jack Daniels is called whiskey, not bourbon. And Southern Comfort is also whiskey, not bourbon.

Also, anytime the occasion calls for VSOP Brandy you should substitue Makers Mark, straight-up in a snifter. Sheer bliss.

With people losing their jobs, homes and healthcare, this seems so, ……….Republican.

  7. Jason Z says:

Makers Mark should be neat. Maybe one cube if it’s a warm night.

Basil Hayden’s if you’re really diggin’ your inner Evil Conservative.

Shot ‘o Jim Beam with a PBR chaser if you’re grassroot’n toot’n’ it. No joke, that combo is straight from heaven. And it’s the only bourbon I can afford right now.

I know it ain’t bourbon, but drop some Jameson in my coffee(no whip cream or creme de menthe, por favor) after a seriously insensitive dinner of foie gras followed by ossobuco.

Been there, yummed that! It really is a good combo for those shocked at the thought.

    BTW…that last paragraph in #9:
I know it ain’t bourbon, but drop some Jameson in my coffee(no whip cream or creme de menthe, por favor) after a seriously insensitive dinner of foie gras followed by ossobuco.
…is so eerily close to something I’d expect from DV. Are you two somehow linked to each other? Spooky! 😯

  9. EminentDomain says:

I’ve seen that view… Osborne’ auto garage. Breathtaking.

Oh look! Mayor Baker’s arrived! Hi, Jim!
