Rereading Elliot’s and Gould’s emails puts me in full pain in the ass mode, so I guess I’ll drop a note to the governor’s office.

I was reading this RFP on the Insurance Commissioner’s site and it looks squirrely as all get out. It doesn’t say what the work being bid on actually is, there are two closing dates and there is only 24 hours between the closing date and the vendor negotiations.Most people who have read it think that it looks like the DOI is trying to get money to a pre-selected party on the sly. I’d be curious to know what the office of the Governor thinks about all of this.
