The National Enquirer has news about John Edwards:
John Edwards has secretly undergone a DNA test – and it proves he’s the father of his mistress’ love child, The ENQUIRER has learned exclusively.
Multiple sources confirm the bombshell development, and reveal lawyers for the disgraced presidential candidate are privately hammering out child support payments with his former lover Rielle Hunter.
Edwards – who hotly denied he was the child’s father when he publicly confessed his affair with Rielle on ABC’s Nightline a year ago – has broken the news to his cancer-stricken wife Elizabeth, sources say.
Yeah, it’s the Enquirer, but they are the ones who broke the story last year. I think we all suspected this was the truth since he snuck into a hotel room to meet the baby in the middle of the night. Why else so secretive? I guess Edwards is also being investigated for campaign finance irregularities.
All I can say is that I feel for his family. They are the real victims in this.

LOL, A1. I doubt it.
It’s hardly a surprise, but I guess I’m not sure how it’s a “bombshell development,” given that his political career is already trashed. The bigger “bombshell development” is that Mr Edwards is having to answer questions as to whether his campaighn finances were used to pay off Miss Hunter.

It disturbs me that they would have private medical matters. As to the rest, it has already been discussed.
