Can New Castle County Executive Chris Coons keep a Chief Administration Officer? The answer is, apparently, no. Effective September 1st, Coons is on to his fourth Chief Administration Officer in four years, according to the Community News.
Current CAO Tracy Surles is returning to the Department of Special Services and, on Sept. 1st, New Castle County Police Chief Rick Gregory will be CAO. Any bets on who will be CAO next year?
