  1. Kanye is looking for a little love today. I don’t think he’ll have much luck.

    It was racially motivated.

  3. I think Kanye’s outburst was egotistically motivated.

  4. Did Kanye stick his foot in his mouth again in full “Bush hates Black People” Katrina fashion?

There’s a good photo montage of the signs from Saturday up on DailyKos today. I’m reading Idiot America, I’ll share some quotes when I get further into it but in Chapter 1 the main point is that America was designed for cranks and we’ve gained a lot from our cranks in the past. Senate Democrats rushed to insert language into the healthcare bill to require verification of citizenship to receive government healthcare. It wasn’t in there Wednesday night when President Barack Obama claimed, erroneously, that his bill ensured illegal aliens would not receive the taxpayer-funded healthcare. Republicans in the House tried to insert language for verification, but Democrats defeated those efforts. Obama knew this on Wednesday night when he spoke to Congress and the American people. Rep. So how will Mike Castle vote on the Wilson censure?

Voting against censure of Wilson would be comparable to letting Serena’s vituperative outburst go unpenalized. Although it does bring up other comparisons …

Do y’all ever get tired of watching Obama throw one after another under the bus. No love for the glb, no love for Van Jones, didn’t even slow down for Acorn. Thump Thump, bye bye, you can’t help me no more. I tried for you I really did, but see ya. Pelosi is next – just watch and see.

WASHINGTON (AP) – The Obama administration argued late Monday that allowing terrorism detainees in Afghanistan to file lawsuits in U.S. courts challenging their detention would endanger the military mission in that country. Although the Pentagon is giving the roughly 600 detainees at Bagram Airfield a new chance to challenge their detentions, the Obama administration stuck with Bush administration policy in a court filing Monday night that said the Bagram detainees’ rights shouldn’t extend as far as U.S. courtrooms. In a filing with the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, the Justice Department said Bagram detainees should not be given equal…
