Even though I’ve been a grinch for a long time, for some reason this year, I found that old performers doing holiday music cheers me up.

Another good perverse, modern one… Robert Earl Keen’s “Merry Christmas from the Family”

I really like the Pogues, as those know my ‘other’ life as a musician, may know. Wink, wink. Cool choice.

    Happy holidays, folks.

Siouxsie and the Banshees almost nod out but manage to do a majestic version of “Il Est Ne Le Divin Enfant”.

Oh great song choice DD. Although I like the version where George Michael sings with Catherine Tate better. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6r-sq6X_NfM
