Today is the deadline for the State of Delaware to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court the Third Circuit’s ruling that under federal law, Delaware can only have parlay betting on NFL games, rather than a full sports book as originally intended in the legislation.
I have not heard anything on whether the state does plan to appeal or not. It would seem worth it just to have the matter resolved as to what is allowed under federal statute and what is not.
