Kos on Coons-Castle Race

Castle starts of this race as the favorite, but it's a long 10 months before election day, and in politics, that's an eternity. If Castle continues to vote lockstep with the obstructionist Republicans, Coons benefits. If Castle tries to be that "independent voice" he claims he is, he'll raise the ire of the teabaggers and potentially fuel a real primary challenger.

Tea Party Racism

Former Republican presidential candidate and Congressman Tom Tancredo opened the Tea Party Nation convention. In his speech he said the U.S. had elected a "committed socialist ideologue" because "we do not have a civics, literacy test before people can vote in this country."
