Shocking News: “Non-Partisan” Teabagging Pollster shows Teabagger Protack favorite of Teabaggers.
I am not surprised that Delaware’s Teabaggers have not learned their lesson, since they have extremely low IQs to begin with and thus their learning ability is put into serious question. Regardless, our local teabaggers have produced an automated push poll from “Founder’s Values,” a local outfit that employs local teabagging criminal Evan Queitsch. Mr. Quietsch was last seen assaulting his fellow Republicans downstate because they dared ask his candidate, Christine O’Donnell, questions. The poll itself, of a shockingly low sample of 346 people, found Protack leading 60% to 40% over Tom Kovach.
That the News Journal’s political blog, Dialogue Delaware, reports this as actual news, rather than campaign propaganda, is embarassing. Indeed, they leave in the assertion that Founder’s Values is a non-partisan organization.
Bull. Fucking. Shit.
Any organization that employes the thug Evan Quietsch is not a nonpartisan organization.
Next time, News Journal, do more than just reprint a press release. I mean, the thug Quietsch is not even trying to hide his and his organization’s partisan teabagging nature, since he refers to Kovach as a “Mike Castle brand establishment Republican.”
Back to Mike Protack, yes…. please nominate him Republicans. You will once again be turning a competitive winnable race into a guaranteed win for the Democrats.
It should be noted that Evan is the founder of Founders Values, as I understand it. I am certain that his role there is unpaid.
I agree, though, by all means, nominate Protack.
And Chad Livengood has been suspect on local issues. He seems to have a penchant for leaning to the right and doing a “he said, she said” kind of reporting. It is sad that he is doing the Dialogue Delaware blogging since Ginger Gibson moved on. No way she would have considered EvanQ as a source.
A poll of all 142 passengers on Protack’s MD-88 airliner showed a 100% approval rating.
I knew Hunter Thompson, and you sir, are no Hunter Thompson!
I think Founder’s Values is trying to influence the NCCo GOP to choose Protack over Kovach. It won’t happen. Kovach will be their nominee.
It depends on Mike Fleming’s nature. Can he be cowered by threats? Undoubtedly, the teabagger thugs are peppering him as we speak with demands and threats.
Where is this poll? I see the link to the Founder’s Values website, but nothing there or in the blog post to the *poll itself*. On of the things about blogging is that you should provide some links to the detail of what you are talking about. And for polls, you should try to get access to what is beyond the toplines. If anything, because EvanQ isn’t beyond making shit up.
I wonder about this influence. I mean, really, Founder’s Values trying to influence the part of the state *least likely* to even think they are sensible? Sound more like Founder’s Values is stepping way out of their lane.
Cassandra!! The Founders would never release polling data and cross tabs, and neither will professional thug Evan Quietsch. He will tell you what to think, so there is no need for independent analysis.
I know Mike Fleming, and the chances that he’ll choose Protack, no matter what the method, are zero and none.
The results are linked to in this blog post:

Funny how Protack and his people started attacking Tom Kovach the day after they found out he was in the running. This poll is meaningless – Protack has years of running state-wide and his name recognition is much higher county-wide than Kovach who isn’t known much outside of the 6th or the social media network in DE.
BTW, Fleming sent out an email to the NCCGOP list this weekend which apparently brought some other potential candidates out. There were more candidate interviews last night. Look for more attacks from the Protack camp this week.
Who else is in the running?
And that link just goes to a press release of their so-called results. Not even a reference as to who exactly conducted their poll which is weird. Certainly not blog worthy — altho in line with the wingnut tactics of trying to get their narratives into the media without having to, you know, back that up.
Does this mean that you are part of the conspiracy and will not be interviewing Protack? Get ready for a pink postcard.
It was a phone poll and I received it. I recognized the caller ID and Wash DC area code as one that Protack has used in the past, so I instantly picked this one up, rather than let it go. Sure enough, it explained the oncoming special election and asked if I’d prefer Protack or Kovach. Surprisingly, and it was shocking, after I chose Kovach, the recording said, “Thank You” and disconnected. No slander or slime. Shocking, indeed.
Protack was interviewed last week – same night as Kovach. I’m not on the committee so I don’t know who was there last night – but I’ve heard they’ve been talking to Terry Spence, Bob Valihura and Paul Pomeroy. Someone said there were also a couple civic leaders on the list but they have dropped out and thrown their support behind Kovach or Valihura. Seems that most people (except Protack and his goons) realize we need a candidate who can win county-wide.
I don’t know why he stays at it, because Prozack is unelectable. The GOP, bad as things are, can come up with something better than that.
The voters in Delaware will elect Protack to office right after I’m finished ice skating in Hell. How many times do “WE THE PEOPLE” need to reject this diabolical idiot?
Am I crazy to think Protack might stand more of a chance than Kovach? Someone back me up here. Are there as many passionate Kovach supporters as there are passionate Protack supporters?
Kovach has a reputation for being normal. I have to think that’s a plus.
LOL.
UI, if this were a convention where party members vote on the nominee, as in what the Democrats are doing, then yes, Protack would probably win that.
If you are talking about the general election, there is no chance, in Hell, that Protack wins.
Kovach was my representative and did nothing for our community, thats why Debra won! Think “I am not a witch” wont run. Would love to see a primary with the witch and the moustache. Now that would be a hoot!
There was a “witch” vs. “pornstache” primary in 2006 and they both got their asses handed to them by Jan Ting.
Instead of a primary, can we just put them in the octagon for a fight to the death and the survivor gets a one way ticket to Sarah Palin’s Alaska?
It must be the cheesy 70’s porn star mustache.
I’d like to see Dunn vs. Protack in a battle of the mustaches.
Kovach has a reputation for being normal.
He won’t get far in the GOP that way.
Don;t push polls cost money?? where is it coming from?? he has unpaid debts in the courts…..unless the state is not updating their site
any organization that employes Evan is gonna be a garnishee for his wages an the debts he still owes
hope Pat Scanlon reads this blogs – then he can get the money owed his client by Evan Q

by my math that means he now owes over 5k – COD has 1.7 million – cn;t she loan him some??? ot didn;t her campaign pay him either??
I dont think NOT paying your debts were what the founder’s had in mind – so Im wondering what Founder;s Values he embodies???
and there is WAAAY more than that folks
You lost me at Hunter Thompson–how did he get mentioned in this thread?
avatars check them:)
Protack vs. O’Donnell for Dog Catcher. That is an election I’d like to see.
Paul Pomeroy gave a teary farewell from the Newark City Council last month (effective next April at the end of his term). With his family in the audience, he cited needing more time for his family and new responsibilites at his job. If he goes for an at large county position now it will be at the risk of a lot of his credibility.
