Shorter Tom Carper, “Yes. I still Suck!”
Antsy being out of the spotlight for very long, every now and then Senator Tom Carper feels the need to yell down from his ivory tower and let everyone know that he still sucks. His latest reminder is in the form of signing onto a letter letting everyone know that he backs the Republican plan to give millionaires more tax cuts while demonstrating fiscally prudence by defunding Social Security.
