    love you DD!!!:)

  2. :eyeroll: Glenn Beck, he’s all about peace, love and understanding.

  3. Republican David says:

Oh, please. There is nothing wrong with guns or holding one. You are denouncing a man for repeating his rejection of violence. Give me a break. The photo according to Gawker came from a rotating image generation and lacks any context.

    Glenn Beck

Denouncing violence from all sides including your own does not make your movement any less just. To quote Martin Luther King:

But there is something that I must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: In the process of gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred. We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

I challenge all Americans, left or right, regardless if you’re a politician, pundit, painter, priest, parishioner, poet or porn star to agree with all of the following.

•I denounce violence, regardless of ideological motivation.
•I denounce anyone, from the Left, the Right or middle, who believes physical violence is the answer to whatever they feel is wrong with our country.
•I denounce those who wish to tear down our system and rebuild it in their own image, whatever that image may be.
•I denounce those from the Left, the Right or middle, who call for riots and violence as an opportunity to bring down and reconstruct our system.
•I denounce violent threats and calls for the destruction of our system – regardless of their underlying ideology – whether they come from the Hutaree Militia or Frances Fox Piven.
•I hold those responsible for the violence, responsible for the violence. I denounce those who attempt to blame political opponents for the acts of madmen.
•I denounce those from the Left, the Right or middle that sees violence as a viable alternative to our long established system of change made within the constraints of our constitutional Republic.
I will stand with anyone willing to sign that pledge. Today I make a personal choice. I urge leaders of both sides and all walks of life to join me as all Americans joined hands on 9.12.2001.

I believe that we must change ourselves to hold on to our republic. That’s why I have been talking about e4. Enlightenment. Education. Empowerment. Entrepreneurship. It’s a personal solution for all of us to become the people we were born to be, not the people we’ve allowed ourselves to become. I have called for a personal revolution; change ourselves in order to change the world. Those who live with honor and are responsible to themselves and their families will be the key to the future of our Republic, not those playing political games.

While everyone seems to be focused on politics, I instead choose to focus on Christina Green, the nine year old victim killed Saturday. Born on 9.11.2001, she is now a victim of another case of horrific violence. I hope we can all remember Christina by acting the way we did when she was one day old: To focus on values and principles, to use common sense and stop playing politics.

  4. Republican David says:

The entire focus of the 9/12 movement has always been nonviolence, faith, and community. Disagree with its politics, but stop the distortion.

  5. Polemical says:

I’m not much of a fan of Beck, Limbaugh or Palin, but to hear the liberals on here and throughout the main stream media talk, you would think they are the boogeymen.

After all, if I were you, I’d really question my ideology and rethink the efficacy of Liberalism because you have clearly lost the messaging and policy debate the last two years.

I think that is the underlying reason why so many liberals quickly tried to take a play out of Dick Morris’ old playbook to “never let a good crisis go to waste” (e.g., Oklahoma City bombing in April of 1995) where Clinton used Morris’ strategy to peg extremism to the Republicans (Btw, Clinton was at his lowest approval after the 1994 GOP takeover of Congress). Brilliant strategy; but it was hopelessly shameful; it worked and helped propel Clinton to victory in 1996.

Obama will not be able to use this ‘trick.’ Politico, in an article yesterday, spilled the beans from an ‘unnamed’ Democratic source that the White House could use this tragedy to score big against the Tea Party.

Again, Beck, Limbaugh and Palin are profligate Political Infotainers. Surely they cannot keep a good liberal from leading the U.S. into the promised land of wealth redistribution and social justice. Therefore, why the fixation on them?

Dave.. I think you have a carbon monoxide leak in your house, or you are making the mistake of believing your own B/S.

The 9/12 Traitors are a hate group, a very angry hate group. They have no politics, just bumper sticker slogans. And if anyone even questions the politics they are attacked.

You can see it in any forum on the internet they infect. And you can see it from the political entertainment on fox.

The only reason there is not violence is because anyone with a brain ignores you and your idiotic groups. The problem is that the people that listen to your garbage expect results, and they don’t realize it is a market scheme.

After all are all of us non-followers traitors?

Yeah the sussex county 9/12 traitors are a bunch of fluffy kittens, yeah and I have a unicorn name lavender.

Don’t worry I still look forward to being your next candidate.

  7. Liberal Elite says:

@P “The 9/12 Traitors are a hate group, a very angry hate group.”

That’s certainly who they attract, and who they solicit. Look at their language of recruitment. If they don’t want this hung around their neck, they need to repudiate their rotten core. They’ve really failed to do so, and continue to fail.

“They have no politics, just bumper sticker slogans. And if anyone even questions the politics they are attacked.”

What politics? Their politics is intellectually dishonest. You can’t have a real argument when logic and reason are tossed at the beginning.

  8. paratrooper18 says:

    Liberal,
    I could not agree more.

  9. Liberal Elite says:

@P “Surely they cannot keep a good liberal from leading the U.S. into the promised land of wealth redistribution…”

Like the ongoing flow of money from the Blue states to the Red states? Taking what isn’t earned?

Actually, I think that you’d find that most good liberals want to put the brakes on the massive wealth distribution that flows from the middle class to the wealthy. Look at what the GOP champions? Corporate pork, giveaways to the oil industry (depletion allowances), giveaways to to the banking industry, and wholesale gifts to the military industrial complex, big farm subsidies,….

The wealthy don’t need these gifts. Trust me on this… I’m saving about $20k with extending the Bush tax cuts… Don’t expect me to spend it at Walmart to stimulate the economy. Giving me more money is bad for the economy.

Look… I’d be happy with good policies that don’t cause the gini index to continue to climb. You call that redistribution of wealth? Right. (you’ve been suckered)

  10. anon says:

they need to repudiate their rotten core.

Holy crap – you mean they are even worse on the inside?
