Newt Gingrich Committed Adultery Because He Loves America – You can’t make this up.

Filed in National by on March 9, 2011

Newt was too busy loving America and defending our national honor to be faithful to his wife.

That talking point should clear the way for the nomination.

The “America made me do it” is an interesting defense. Ego big enough to be president? Check. Or contestant on celebrity apprentice.

DKos pointed out that assuming Newt is faithful to his current wife, he now hates America.

I love this sooooo much. I will go to any lengths to support my country, even if that means having sex with women who aren’t my wife. God bless the USA and Viagra!

  3. jason330 says:

I guess he is searching for some kind for explanation that will put the serial adultery to rest as an issue. All I can say is, Newt – keep looking.

  4. Joe Cass says:

It must be about “family values”. That is, showing fidelity to which family one values.

  5. Impeachment makes Newt horny.

I can tell, Newt running for president is going to be more fun than the chicken lady Sue Lowden.

  6. Newt is way more patriotic than me, I’m still on my first marriage.

  7. Miscreant says:

It’s preemptive. He knows it will be a major issue as he gets his his ass handed to him should he get as far as a primary.

    What a douche bag.

  8. I already know my plans for when Newt announces his presidential run in Philadelphia.. Jason330 will dress as Newt, and I’ll be a member of his “Patriot Harem.”

Ui. This is my favorite comment from that thread: “The campaign itself would be headquartered in Atlanta.”

(Unless Atlanta gets cancer or starts looking it’s age….then, they’d switch to a new, younger city).

Wife #4 better start packing cause once Newt goes back into America loving mode, he will be wife shopping.

    Love the Atlanta post, Jason330

So was there a particular piece of legislation that drove him over the edge?

  12. jason330 says:

Drafting the Contact on America had the effects of 100 viagras. Newt’s Patriotjism was impossible to contain.

So Newt was screwing over his wife at the same time he was screwing the country. Figures.

Why is it when the wingnuts repent of their sins, they never repent of their callous, cold-hearted, and mean-spirited economic viewpoints, political orientation, and vicious propagandizing? All they have to do is simply say “sorry” for illicitly dipping their wicks and all is forgiven. They can continue to tell political lies and show total disregard for struggling poor and middle class persons. Repentance requires no transformation, just performing the ceremony of saying “I’m sorry.” It’s bizarre.
