May God Bless you my friend. Thank you for choosing to serve Dover as an elected official. Many helped you because God worked in them to assist you in a great endeavor. Throughout all of this, I have never seen any evidence that David Anderson has a paying job.
DA has alluded to doing some kind of IT contracting work. I did that for a long time. It is feast or famine, and is easily mistaken for unemployment, but you can make a living at it. The key is to have a spouse with a real job, and a relative who does your accounting for free.
