I love these signs and since we are the Small Wonder we get to pass them pretty often in our travels. I always sing out “home to the Small Wonder” when I see one. Corny but cozy. These days ya gotta take cozy wherever you can find it.
“Buckle up. It’s the law” ? No. That would be a silly slogan. I’m not sure what the marketing gurus came up with.. Tax Free Shopping? I think that was it. I stopped paying attention after my contribution to the contest, “I can see my shoes!” was knocked out.

I think my favorite faux-slogan was “Closer to everywhere you’d rather be”
Minner’s was “It’s good being first.”
