Cain’s Secret Plan….

…. In responding to criticism that his tax plan would hurt working families, Cain said yesterday he has a secret plan to “fix” his policy that he hasn’t “told the public” about yet. That reminded me of this scene from the West Wing.

    I’m guessing his not-so-secret plan is to fully implement the Fair Tax proposal, with its prebates and “consumption allowance” (does that sound creepy or what?).
