One thing I forgot to mention on this episode was a campaign mailer I got from Carney that extolled the virtues of bi-partisanship at least twice on each of its four pages.

Interesting, jason, that you thought that was a campaign mailer because it was a “franked” mailing (mailed on the Congressman’s signature instead of a stamp and paid for by taxpayers).
I hadn’t noticed.
I thought it was a campaign mailer, too. Of course, it couldn’t have been because that would be illegal and we know that Carney would never send a slick glossy brochure extolling his virtuous bipartisanship to everyone in his district if it were illegal.
