Governor Markell on Morning Joe
This video clip is from yesterday’s show, where Governor Markell appeared with both Governor O’Malley from Maryland and Governor Quinn from Illinois. A number of the questions are actually good ones, but better were the answers by these Governors. The focus on jobs and real issues in contrast to the circus that is the current GOP campaign for President is great and I’m hoping that there is somebody out there who will pay attention to getting more Democratic voices like this speaking everywhere over the next months.

The Dem Governors Assoc. under the leadership of Markell is more willing to tell the truth about what the Congressional Republicans are doing to the country. I hope it is a trend among all Dems holding elective office. YES – I’m looking at you John Carney. Modern Republicans are a lunatic fringe. They need to be called out on it.

Jack on his way to having a run for the presidency in 2016!
I see him running for the Democratic nomination, but I’m not sure if that run will be a true run for the White House – or a run for other downstream outcomes.
Frankly, I’m fine with either.
