SussexDem40 is right. This is the Cooch House, on Old Baltimore Pike at Cooch’s Bridge. The house was built in 1760, and is at the site of Delaware’s only Revolutionary War battle. Lord Charles Cornwallis used the house as his headquarters after the 1777 Battle of Cooch’s Bridge.
