Miami Gardens teenager Trayvon Martin was suspended from school because he was caught with an empty plastic bag with traces of marijuana in it, the boy’s family attorney has confirmed.

Marijuana and a hoodie! Oh well then… kill him.

Katniss is a strong, consistent in her actions, smart hero. You can’t help but root for her. And go ahead and cheer, because Katniss Everdeen won’t let you down. There is no damsel in distress moment, no need to be rescued for stupid, reckless behavior. Not one.

Today begins the Supreme Court’s nearly unprecedented three days of oral arguments on the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Given Commerce Clause precedent and caselaw going back to at least the mid 1930’s, the Obamacare law should be upheld as constitutional. But you never know with conservative activist judges.

Last month, John Carney had a 56% approval rating and a 32% disapproval. Those were approval numbers that any politician would have happy with. This month, the results are much more mixed. Carney has a 46% approval rating and a 44% disapproval rating.
