They have a trial scheduled for August, according to the NJ. Since the city has said they won’t remove them without a court order, it looks like they can stay in Spencer Plaza til then.

Talking Points Memo is reporting that Missouri State Represtative Zach Wyatt has said that he was gay in a press conference Wednesday. It’s reported that he is the only openly gay Republican state legislature in the United States.
