Not much new today. Washington State is confirmed a strong Obama state. So is New York. Rasmussen has a poll of Ohio that only shows Romney up by two, so in the real world, that means Obama is up by 4, given the weighted bias of Rasmussen polling.

By now everyone knows that Edwards was acquitted on one count and mistrial declared on 5 others. So, get your Edwards hate on below. As for me, I don't hate the guy. I think he would have made a hell of a better Vice-President (in spite of his vices) than Dick Cheney. Cheney was a bloodthirsty psychopath.
