We, Especially Young Men, Are Driving Less
I have witnessed this phenomenon first hand. When my brother and I turned 16 we couldn’t wait to drive – and drive we did. When my son got his license… shrug. He didn’t want to drive. Worse, he only drives if I make him. My nephew is staying with us for the summer. He’s sixteen, and guess what? He has no interest in driving.

The Polling Report [Fourth of July Edition]
The only change in our map from last week is moving North Carolina from barely Romney to Lean Romney. Otherwise it has been a pretty quiet polling week, as with all other things. Obama leads Romney 310 to 206 with 22 votes tied. And would some please poll Missouri. Not you Rasmussen and We Ask America. Someone reputable.
Most Anticipated Movies of Summer 2012
1. The Dark Knight Rises – Is he good or is he bad? Christian Bale is less an actor than he is a guy who keeps his a-hole persona intact no matter what.
2. Prometheus – Not as good as the original, but what is?
3. The Avengers – I missed this when everyone else saw it, but I have a soft spot for super hero movies other don’t start Christian Bale.
