    The Peter Toth version rotted in the early 90’s this is a replacement so its the “Other Owl” 😉

    Peter Toth did the new one as well. It’s still called Chief Little Owl. I was an intern in the Town of Bethany Beach during the summer when he came to install it (2002, I think).
