At 4:30 I exited 95 at 202 into Wilmington and saw a man standing in the median strip with a large white placard. As i approached, I thought it was either a protester or someone who was “Hungry willing to work”
When I got closer I read the hand written sign which simply said ” Thank You !” The man holding the sign was Trippi Congo. I thought it was a great gesture and classy.
