What I don’t understand is why Republicans think this is a winning strategy? It’s hurting them, and I have a post scheduled to prove it.

Yesterday, Senator Rand Paul returned $600,000 to the treasury that he saved out of his senate office budget. Since 2011 he has returned more than $1,000,000. He also said that Government employees should receive bonuses for money saving ideas that they come up with.
