We begin Irish week here at Daily Delawhere. My favorite Irish pub in Wilmington is at Catherine Rooney’s, on Delaware Avenue in Trolley Square.

    Todays socialist message, courtesy of socialist diane feinstein, in a hearin thursday, diane feinstein stated it is legal to hunt humans with high capacity guns

    No rustydils, Senate Intelligence Committee Chair Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif said:

    Feinstein quote: “We have federal regulations and state laws that prohibit hunting ducks with more than three rounds. And yet it’s legal to hunt humans with 15-round, 30-round, even 150-round magazines. Limiting magazine capacity is critical because it is when a criminal, a drug dealer, a deranged individual has to pause to change magazines and reload that the police or brave bystanders have the opportunity to take that individual down.” End quote.

    She was in fact, pointing out the ridiculousness of the’ human as target’ situation.

    Anonymous, it is not legal to hunt humans in the United States, there are already laws against this, they are called Murder. I am actually surprised you and Diane did not know that. You would think Diane would be more informed, representing California and all.

    Here’s the full quote:

    “The time has come, America, to step up and ban these weapons. The other very important part of this bill is to ban large capacity ammunition feeding devices, those that hold more than 10 rounds.     I have not seen or heard video/audio of this statement, but based on the written statement, I can’t imagine where you got the notion that Feinstein was “pointing out the ridiculousness of the’ human as target’ .” IMO, she was talking out of her ass, as most politicians do. These people pander to their base, regardless of party.

    I have no problem w/ gun control. I have stated on this blog that I’d rather give up my rifle (the only firearm I own) than pay to insure it.

    BUT…Rustydils proves the “stopped clock” theory once again. It simply isn’t legal to “hunt” humans in the USA. The weapon of choice makes no difference…murder is murder is redrum.

    Obviously the ‘men with guns’ aren’t paying attention to those ‘laws’ you speak of – prohibiting shooting of humans.
