Children who experience child abuse & neglect are 59% more likely to be arrested as a juvenile, 28% more likely to be arrested as an adult, and 30% more likely to commit violent crime.
It is a simple statistic that shows abused children are more likely to commit a crime. I posted it under their lynching thread when the comments turned to Eric Bodenweiser’s closed door hearing to suppress evidence. I put it up again this morning, it’s the third time.

That’s true, and statistics also show that earlier intervention is the best hope to salvage and change the lives of juveniles in these situations.
