Another Medical Scare for Beau?
A couple of years ago, Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, son of the Vice President, had a stroke. So that raises alarm when we hear this:
Beau Biden […], was sent via helicopter to Northwestern Memorial Hospital [last] Wednesday night from an Indiana summer home due to a medical scare
Beau seems to be alright … now… given that this photo was sent out from the Vice President’s office on Sunday of him and Beau wishing the Newark National little league team luck. I thought at the time that Beau looked a little odd, but I chalked it up to him being unshaved with a weird expression on his face.
Who vacations in Indiana?
The Attorney General’s office just released this statement. It sounds rather ominous, in my non medical opinion:
As for who vacations in Indiana, I believe Beau’s in laws live there. But Northwestern is in Chicago. So who travels from Indiana to Northwestern for simple fatigue and disorientation, and the next day travels back to Jefferson in Philadelphia (where he was treated for his stroke), and now undergoing further testing in Houston?
This is not simple fatigue and disorientation.
Sounds like he got carsick on a hot day, and everyone acted out of an abundance of caution. Of course he got shipped to Chicago; he’s a VIP. And of course Jefferson wanted to see him too.
I have always liked Beau Biden since first meeting him. I was sick at heart to hear this news this morning, and I have been praying for him and his family. I wish everyone would put aside politics just for awhile, and think of him as a young father, and young husband, and think of how any of us would feel to have a family health scare like this.
I am absolutely certain Beau wouldn’t even remember meeting me, he meets so many, but I sure remember him and was impressed with him just as a person, all politics aside.
Agree. Just wishing for a quick and total recovery.
Probably just a bit dry. No one likes to hydrate properly on a long road trip.
Houston TV stations are confirming his admission to MD Anderson Cancer Center, which is the top cancer center in the US, according to some. Now I am really worried.
Hoping and praying it’s not a malignancy.
Prayers would be a good idea right now.
Sending positive energy to Beau and his family.

Wow. He must have good insurance. Or else no one wants to touch him locally.
Good luck, Beau.
