Our Constitutional framework is structured such that Federal law, or laws passed by the Congress of the United States and signed into law by the President of United States, and the U.S. Supreme Court’s rulings on said laws and the laws of the 50 states and local governments, are the fucking SUPREME law of the land. Nothing trumps it. Nothing. If you disagree with this notion, you are opposed to the Constitution of the United States, much less the Government of the United States. These sheriffs, including Jeff Christopher, are obligated to enforce the laws of the United States. If they do not, they are derelict in their duties and must be removed from office. They would not be patriots. They would be traitors.
And if they want to have a Civil War over this, well, we already did. You lost. And you will lose again.

Holder and Obama thought the law was unconstitutional, and they joined cases challenging the law in court. If the Supreme Court had not agreed with them and declared the law constitutional, then they would have had to enforce the law, and if they did not, then they would be in trouble. But as we all know, the law was found to be unconstitutional.

I know many “whites” in Delaware and who work in government state specifically who the Dixiecrats are in state politics! Using your logic since you clearly state the rulings by the US Supreme Court are the fucking SUPREME law of the land. The US Supreme Court ruled County Sheriff IS the Chief Law Enforcement Officer. The ruling also states the County Sheriff DOES NOT have to follow federal directives since the federal government has no jurisdictional authority over them.
That is NOT what the ruling “says.” Read it yourself and get back to us. Or can’t you read? Most of you can’t, so I’m not surprised.
Oh I think most of them can read words, but comprehension and critical thinking are an entirely different matter. What I really don’t understand is their penchant for embarrassing themselves.
