A lot of horror can be released in 102 minutes. We should remember it. We should remember those we lost in those minutes. And we should remember the sacrifice of those who tried to help.
But we shouldn’t dwell in anger and hate. We have gotten our vengeance. Our revenge. It is time to move on. We shouldn’t be seeing posters like this on Facebook:
So… next week then? Or how about we grow up, realize that the President has been protecting America and Americans all the days of his presidency, realize that it was under his orders that we got our vengeance, and move on. How about we as a people and as a nation act charitably and compassionately to another group of people who are running for their lives, so that we do not create resentment and future terrorists? Posters like this do not memorialize 9/11 and those who died on that day. They only lay the groundwork for another 9/11.
