The Thanksgiving Addresses

In this week’s address, the President wished everyone a happy Thanksgiving, and reflected on America’s history of welcoming men and women seeking a safer, better future for themselves and their families.

Governor Markell acknowledges the giving spirit of Delawareans, as we approach the Thanksgiving holiday.

“Each and every day, we have the opportunity to bring a little joy and cheer to friends, family and even to strangers,” said Governor Markell. “So, this holiday season, I wish you a happy Thanksgiving and thank you for your giving spirit—it keeps Delaware moving forward.”

The President pardons the Turkey of the United States (TOTUS), and offers a joke at the very top that was pretty good (I won’t spoil it). He was in very good spirits, and jokes with Malia and Sasha throughout.
