A reporter on the scene for The Gazette, the city’s local newspaper, tweeted confirmation from the Colorado Springs Police Department that at least three officers were wounded in the shooting, along with multiple civilians. It was not immediately clear if there were any fatalities.

I am assuming that this is Conservative Terrorism, most likely committed by a radical Christianist.
Confirmed by Police: Planned Parenthood was the target. The white male conservative terrorist also brought a propane tank to bomb the clinic. I await the calls for the internment and deportation of all white Christians.
Since PP was the target, it would be fair to state that the leadership and enablers of this terrorist attack are congressional Republicans.
The conservative terrorist has been captured alive.
Reporting two dead – one civilian, one police officer
Suspect taken alive.
If the suspect was taken alive we know he’s white.
Update: News sources saying 2 civilians, 1 police officer dead.
AQC, it’s such a shame.

Nope. White crazed tobacco-smoking South Carolina redneck conservative.
@Rusty: Sorry, I don’t buy books that don’t list an author and his/her credentials.
Geezer, when and what was the last book you bought that did list an author and his/her credentials?
Geezer, the author’s name is listed on the title page of the book, and as far as credentials are concerned, I blog on the delaware liberal using my real name, do you?
Yeah, see, most books list it on the cover, and include a biography of the author to indicate that he’s not talking out his ass.
Hampton Sides, “Blood and Thunder,” though that’s just the most recent. There are 3,000 other volumes at my house, 2/3rds of them non-fiction, all of which name the author on the cover and include his/her credentials on the back cover or flap (depending whether hard- or softcover).
As for my “real name,” it’s widely known to the Delaware people on this blog and elsewhere. I am contractually not allowed by my employer to use it here.

Well said Geezer. I still think you might get something out of my book. I guess my only credentials are that I have been a small business owner for over 25 years. Also, my grandmother was a small time writer. Lenore Dils, from El Paso. She published numerous magazine
articles and one book about the railroad. She also started the El Paso writers league, formerly known as the night writers. I think she started that in the 1930s or ’40s
