I’d ask that to John Carney, to all the Lt Governor candidates, House candidates and Insurance Commissioner candidates. An honest answer to that question will tell you everything you need to know about that person.
Jack Markell gave a pretty good answer to that when he was running against Carney. Not surprisingly, the best answer ever was given by Matt Denn when he was running for Insurance Commissioner.
