I'm proud to have been the prime sponsor in the House for this bill and commend the work done by Sen. Bethany Hall-Long, Paul Baumbach, State Representative and Representative Valerie Maglio Longhurst, AARP Delaware, and all the other advocates for this important piece of legislation which will help the 123,000 Delawareans providing home healthcare to loved ones.
