Markell Does It Again

I wager to say that Governor Markell has been Delaware’s “coolest” governor.

    So, hows he going to pay for this? Increase taxes on the biggest businesses? Now way. Maybe he can lower state worker pension contributions, or take away the tax break seniors get on their pensions? That seems the safer bet…
