Matt Meyer’s TV Ad

I will be curious if this is actually aired on television, or if this is just intended for social media and the internet.

    Edit out some of the sound effects and this is a decent radio commercial, too, I think.

    I support Matt Meyer, but I winced a little at the reference to service to his country juxtaposed with military images. In other materials, he’s always added something like “as a diplomat.”

    Great ad, I just wish he had taken the time to give a little more insight into who he is and what he will do. He has great plans, but he could have done away with the negative part and added an little more self promotion. I’m afraid going negative now is just white noise to a public who has heard this from the presidential candidates since June of 2015.

    Dem19703 – I disagree. This race is and has been a yes/no referendum on Tom Gordon. I don’t see that Meyer gets any mileage out of pretending it isn’t.

    Jason, I completely agree with you on that, my concern is that people are tuning out negative ads. We’ve inundated with negative ads, I just hope it doesn’t disappear into the backdrop of all the others.

    It is absolutely a referendum on Gordon. I just think that it would help if he gave a little more on himself.
