Fox News viewers split on whether or not Trump “won” last night
Reporting on the results of online polls..? How “Fox News” can continue to call itself “news” is beyond me.
Online polls declare Trump debate winner, despite media consensus for Clinton
If polls only included media pundits, Hillary Clinton would have won Monday’s debate by a landslide, but online surveys had Donald Trump as the yuge winner.
The Drudge Report poll had 80 percent of respondents giving the victory to Trump, and a Time.com poll had the Republican nominee leading Clinton by 4 percentage points – 52 percent to 48 percent – after more than 1,300,000 votes were cast. CNBC and Breitbart polls also had Trump winning the event, at New York’s Hofstra University.
A Fox News online poll had Trump winning with 50 percent of respondents, Clinton at 35 percent and the other 15 percent declaring no one won.
It’s the same thinking that caused Megyn Kelly to humiliate Karl Rove on Election Night 2012. They will believe in their bubble reality right up to the end.
Trump had solid first half hour, then he imploded into an incoherent, unprepared candidate. Hard to believe no R could expose that in all those previous debates.
He really got nailed on birther stuff, business dealings etc…..He just needs to climb into bed with the 400 lb.hacker and pull the covers over his head at this point.
Fox News, Brietbart and Drudge. How scientific.
I hear a poll taken at DNC HQ had Hillary by a landslide. Shouldn’t that be an headline too?
They were desperate to write a “Trump Wins” story.
“Hard to believe no R could expose that in all those previous debates.”
It’s only possible in a long-form one-on-one situation.
Who disliked the split screen? I did. When I watched clips tonight, they were wide-screen, and I think they provided better context. The face and the body tell a more complete story than just the face.
“then he imploded into an incoherent, unprepared candidate. Hard to believe no R could expose that in all those previous debates.”
As we noted before, no R was willing to contradict him on his points, because they were all in agreement with Trump and had to play to the base.
