Our National Dilbert Problem

Filed in Arts and Entertainment, National by on October 23, 2016

As many of you know Scott Adams, the artist behind Dilbert, has had a Trump problem. For such a seemingly articulate person, Adams has caused many problems with his inarticulate defenses of Donald Trump.

Of all the bizarre spectacles that the Trump campaign has created, at the top of the list is the obsession the “Dilbert” cartoonist has with trying to convince America that his obvious hero worship of Trump is somehow a cool, detached analysis from a man who isn’t even interested in voting for the guy.

Now someone has creatively struck back by taking the Dilbert cartoon and substituting Adams’ strained political words in MRA Dilbert. Here are some recent Dilbert comics adjust with Adams’ rants.

    He’s quite a guy:

Lonely boys tend to be suicidal when the odds of future female companionship are low.

So if you are wondering how men become cold-blooded killers, it isn’t religion that is doing it. If you put me in that situation, I can say with confidence I would sign up for suicide bomb duty. And I’m not even a believer. Men like hugging better than they like killing. But if you take away my access to hugging, I will probably start killing, just to feel something. I’m designed that way. I’m a normal boy. And I make no apology for it.

Dilbert jumped the shark years ago, simply because everybody in the strip still had a job after 2008.

Quick. Someone hug that guy for fucks sake.

You know, I thought Dilbert was dead. The strip and the cartoonist. Might as well be, given how much a sexist he is.

I couldn’t live without having smart attractive women to hug and to tell me how defective I am
