‘Bulo’s Fave Tunes: October, 2016
Another great month with some genre-defying music. Like this one:
And this one:
Not genre-defying, but from my fave album of the month, “In Loving Memory of When I Gave A Shit”:
If this is to be his valedictory, it’s a valedictory worthy of him. Incredibly powerful:
I have a question. I listened to all of these and (aside from “Ages and Ages” which is good ol’ G, D, Em, C) I have to wonder how you get through each day with this cacophonous nonsense pinging around in your head. What’s your secret, El Som?
Uh, good old-fashioned pharmaceuticals?
Actually, I think I’ve broadened my musical palate (or is it pallette, or both?) in the past couple of years. I’ve become receptive to a broader range of sounds. In fact, that’s one reason I keep doing this. Self-discovery of a sort. The one constant is: I really like the music I post, it’s just more of a moving target than it used to be.
