This budget “past” by the Democrats and signed by a “Democratic” Governor sure was a kick in the balls wasn’t it? On an implementation level it is 100% morally bankrupt. But on a strategic level it is a disaster, giving the GOP all of its malevolent cuts while leaving Democrats holding the bloody knife.
There is simply no reason for anyone in the state vote for any incumbent Democrat next time out. The GOP really should run the table. If they don’t it means they picked some real homunculī.
So that’s my state of mind. But just when I’m about to hit bottom, I get emails from Network Delaware like this:
Do you want to foster a new grassroots political culture? Do you want to gain skills to support candidates get elected to office? Do you want to increase voter turnout in all elections? If so, then this program is for you! #netDE
