Those consultants tend to be DCCC veterans. A memo the party committee sent to candidates in December lays out some of the demands the DCCC made around spending.

I call bullshit. The Dem primary in Delaware is the election. If Coons or Carper is knocked off, all we'll get is a Democrat that actually represents the interests of his/her constituents.
