Does Mitch McConnell have nude pics of Coons?

I’m trying to figure out where Coons’ bottomless faith in McConnell comes from.   Also, I’m trying to figure out who Coons was talking about on ‘Morning Joe’ when he said “Senator McConnell is a fan of regular order.” Because, I can’t imagine he is referring to the Mitch McConnell who has never given a single fuck about regular order.

Scarborough: Do you trust Mitch McConnell? He said he was going to keep the process opened. Has he been good to his word so far?

Coons: Here we are. He said he would start with a neutral base bill, and he did. He said, he would allow us to proceed to this debate and he did.

Scarborough: …Mitch McConnell stands on the floor, when there is a government shut down, and says if you reopen the government we will have an open process.

Coons:That’s right.

Scarborough: That doesn’t end in one day.

Coons: That’s right, and there have’t been committee hearings on this. So I’ll remind you, Mitch..the Republican Majority Leader, Senator McConnell is a fan of regular order, as am I. We have got a lot of Senators just coming up to speed on the minutia, on the detail, of immigration policy..
