I guess we are all going to have to listen to the media explain how this all makes sense:
Donald Trump had a bipartisan meeting with lawmakers this afternoon about guns, and it did not go well.
Between forgetting all his past stances, forgetting all past efforts to better regulate guns, insulting nearly everyone at the meeting and even forgetting past mass shootings he himself presided over, while proposing the creation of an unconstitutional police state that can seize weapons from private citizens without due process, it did not go well at all.
I dread Chris Coons showing up on ‘Morning Joe’ tomorrow to talk about how President Trump may or may not be crazy, as “both sides” have made valid points.
