I have actually read Republican dipshits talking about Donald Trump’s skill at negotiations. This is perhaps the biggest lie Trump tells about himself — quick, name a business he’s been successful at where he doesn’t cheat people or break the law; I can name a dozen he’s failed at, mainly because he overpays Every. Single. Time. The latest example of his ineptitude was his quick acceptance of Kim Jong Un’s offer of a face-to-face meeting. From now on, his picture will be in the dictionary next to “Dunning-Kruger effect.”
No disrespect to the Wilmington police captain who died of a heart attack, but what the fuck? Is there another job in which everyone has to drop everything for an over-the-top public funeral because somebody died at work? And is there a good reason to waste limited journalistic resources “covering” it, News-Journal? It’s a rhetorical question, but the answer is “No.”
