Carper's plan to allow 25 of the nation's 38 biggest banks return to the casino with deposits and have their gambling losses underwritten by you, while allowing lenders to racially discriminate when writing mortgages doesn't go FAR ENOUGH for House GOPers.

Dem Voters Continue to Regard Fighting Trump’s GOP as a National Emergency

I don't know why Tom Carper and Chris Coons don't get it. Where is the urgency? Trump is just another President for Carper to cut deals with on behalf of banks. Coons is just AWOL. Fortunately Democratic voters have a sense of urgency. They are turning out in droves to oppose Trump's GOP. Cynics will say that Connor Lamb was a conservative, and that Democrats didn't really gain much, but that misses the point. It mistakes the movement of the clock's minute hand for the whirling internal mechanism that moved it.
