A Fox Business reporter said today that Joe Biden has told Wall Street connections he’ll run for president in 2020 — provided Trump is the Republican nominee. Charles Gasparino told Neil Cavuto, “He said the age difference between he and Trump is not that great, age won’t be an issue. He is actually saying this. He’s going around to Wall Street guys. And by the way, Wall Street guys always liked Biden.”
