Russia under Putin has been openly trying to undermine and disrupt the “North Atlantic Alliance.” It has done so by supporting unqualified, destabilizing idiots like Trump for office, and by supporting destablizing policies,such as Britain’s exit from the Eupean Union, known as Brexit.
