Disbelief Is Not A Factor

Democrats and a lot of right thinking people across the political spectrum simply didn't believe that Trump could win. Our unshakable American faith in the founder's soaring rhetoric and the democratic process put us to sleep. And it helped put Trump over the top. The possibility of a Trump victory was too nuts get very worked up over. Even Hillary Clinton took her foot off the gas. If you really believe something is impossible it is hard to talk yourself into taking the possibility of it happening seriously. It isn't being lazy it is just being human. For all of his faults Trump has had one positive effect on the country. He has taught us that the impossibly absurd is totally possible if we fail to act. That's why so few Republicans are running unopposed this year. Nobody says, "It will all work out in the end." We don't have that luxury to be passengers on the bus anymore. Democrats may not win back congress. They may fall short in some close races. But one thing is certain. If we fail it will not be because we didn't take this mid-term election seriously. This is a movement, not an election. We are now awake.

Where is the one DE Republican that proves me wrong?

I want to be positive. I want to give credit where credit us due, so someone please point me in the directtion of the one Republican in Delaware who deserves to be praised for having the courage to speak out against Trump. I've been searching, but have not heard a peep from ANY of the so-called "nice" Republicans. Where is the Republicans with the courage to say in public that they say about Trump in private? Put a link in the comments section or drop me a tip in the tipline.
